A healthier, yet still delicious option! The almond flour in these cookies provide a soft, brownie-like texture. I use agave in place of white sugar yielding a lower glycemic effect (less of a sugar rush). Surprisingly vegan and gluten free-ish (the ingredients are gluten free but these are made in a kitchen that also uses a lot of flour). Contains tree nut allergens (almond flour).

Each pack contains 3 cookies each about 1.5 ounces. They aren’t huge cookies but are portioned for just the right snacking size. Note these are a soft cookie—not crispy. These freeze really well.

Tired of bars? These are a great snacking alternative.

Pick up times: Normal pick ups are from 9 am till 6 pm on the date indicated above. Please allow 4 hours between ordering & pick up.

Pick up location: Pick ups will be from my enclosed front porch at 27 N. Sleight St. in Naperville.
